Budget quality... awesome and trustable in a pinch.. they'll certainly get you back on the road.. BUT BEWARE.. when you CALL them. You will reach a call center that will say they have availability to walk in.. 85% of the time... it's not the case but the staff will get it done within 24 hours
Terrible customer service!!! I schedule an online appt on Oct 16 for Oct 21 appt. @ 11am. I arrive at 10:55 and am told they most likely won't get to it that they are too busy. I'm told to leave the car, if time permits they'll get to it. I ask if I reschedule for following Saturday can they definitely get the work done? Nope, no guarantee. Really??? Even after today's blunder???? Where's the customer service?? So I opt for taking a chance on it getting done that day.... 6 hours later when I go to pick it up, no work done. THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE. What is the point of offering scheduled service when walk ins take precedence???? Honestly I'd leave a zero star rating but it's not an option. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME DEALING WITH MAVIS!
