Just took my car here and the motor running one of the cleaning spinning things put a deep scratch in the car. I understand it's enter at your risk but come on.... fix your machines . Never going back.
Friendly staff, loses 1 star for small lot which has limited number of vacuums and causes huge delays on weekends.
$15 for a car wash that didn't even clean the bird droppings off my car. Total waste of money. The coupons they advertise also don't work.
2nd location of the Franchise... (Original in Stroudsburg, PA) Has unlimited wash clubs, free vacuums with any wash package, towel exchange program.

needs to install a membership lane so you don't have to wait for those who cannot figure out a simple automated touch screen and hold up the lines, would be nice to have a members only drive-thru lane
I drive a truck but that truck gets very dirty being that I work at a salt Depot being able to have peace of mind that my whole trucks getting washed and cleaned at Sparkle is huge for me and definitely a big plus during the winter time highly recommend it to everybody.
