Have always had a good experience. Been going since they opened. Very pleased.
The staff is very unknowledgeable (the right hand does not know what the left is doing and they seem completely untrained).

Tried the doctor practitioner and the main doctor here. Couldn't be more disappointed. Both ROLL THEIR EYES as you talk about your medical history. I saw them doing it with other patients in the halls. Neither of them care about YOU or YOUR HEALTH.
Very disappointed since it is such a great location. Maybe some day someone will clean up and bring in some real trained staff!
Worst part is trying to reach them over phone for ANYTHING (questions, med refills, test results). They are always clueless and never call back with information when promised. Also, several times I called and the phones were not working (answering notice kept looping-had to call another office to figure out how to reach them)
