Came to install my roof in Bethlehem and after competing tear off left open for about a week and didn't come back to at least cover it. Following week came and installed 2sq and was going to come back later. After getting tired of waiting decided to call another company to come do roof
Just bringing customers up to date. Mr. Smith has not changed the way he conducts business. He has totally blown me off for months. On his last visit to my house, he agreed to fix his botched job saying he would be back in a couple of days.....That was three months ago. His workers lied to me continuously when they were replacing my roof. They even placed different colored shingle (possibly different quality from what I paid for) on my roof thinking I'd never find out about it. On the roof ridge the workmanship was so poor that the shingles are falling in on themselves. He doesn't answer his phone. Never use this guy! Never! I wouldn't even give his firm one star, but it's the only way to leave a review.
I've used Smith roofing for years.last years we called to have a repair done. We had no leaking at the time, just knew it had to be done.after they finished the job,we had More leaks then ever. Many phone calls and left messages nothing has been done. Needless to say I would not recommend ALICK.
TERRIBLE!!!! We hired ALick Smith to do Vertical siding on our building. Mr. Smith said ,I quote" we do more siding than roofing" After 4 months of madness, we had little work complete,none of which is correct. We fired them. Mr. Smith apologized (after more than a 12 phone calls to get a response) for the lack of workmanship and agreed to refund our deposit. He then called his lawyer and put a mechanics lean on our property, stating that the project was complete.He is a LIAR! Project is still not complete! He will not return phone calls. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They will take your money and RUN!!!
Alick Smith Roofing did two jobs for us in the second half of 2016. The first one a ranch has had no visible issues to date, the other a rubber roofing job on a twin home has had continuous leaking since the job was completed. It is a joke trying to get a hold of Alick the owner, his voicemail is full does not respond to text messages, his employee has now been easier to get a hold of. They started now blaiming the neighbors roof even though it started leaking right after they did the job. The job was completed in November and we still have small leaks. We have to keep having tarps in the attic to prevent more damage to the living areas of the homes. Do yourself a favor stay away, I would not be surprised if he goes Bankrupt soon based on how he runs his business.
