These guys are honest and straight shooters. They won't sugar coat or mislead you. The dealership is owned and operated by people who genuinely do want to help. I got out of an upside down lease that was over mileage and into an affordable and comfortable car without a single issue. Brian Mitchell and Mike Andrew go way out of their way to help out customers. They truly will look for any chance to help save you money. I won't recommend any other dealer.
I went into Brown Dobb Chevy to look at a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado. I looked at several vehicles and finally decided that my best option was a Chevy Cruz. I worked with buddy and he was awesome to work with I let him know a previous experiences I had with other dealerships in that my credit may not be 100% because of that. He was very nice in the process and call three local banks all of which turned me down. I was so frustrated with the whole situation. However, Shaun in buddy we’re awesome through the entire process. Sean was able to give me a buyers order and then I took that order and went online to shop around to speak with different banks to see if there was a way for me to get this vehicle. I have a 2012 Hyundai Sonata to trade in with negative equity. However, I was able to significantly get a great loan with nationwide Bank. I highly suggest everyone look into this. After I got the loan I called Shawn back and ask him if the Chevy Cruz I wanted was still there. He was happy to say that it was and work for me through the entire process I didn’t brought him the paperwork from nationwide Bank and sent him the information for the money to be transferred. Even though it had been a little bit over a week he still kept the deal with me and finish my paperwork in a matter of minutes and I picked Up my 2017 Chevy Cruz LT. I could not be happier with how wonderful the sales team and finance team work. I will especially say that Shaun Brian and body and everyone else at that dealership actually have a heart and a soul.
