Stumbled across Hecktown Auto Repair and they quickly debunked the far-fetched theory. My car was fine (and they charged me half of what BD was quoting for changing the breaks).
Bottom line: if you like to live in wonderland keep going to BD. For a better, more inexpensive job, Hecktown is your go-to.

On my third visit I was told the terrible news: my AWD system was failing and it might need replacement. So I started selling all my baseball cards and trying to brace for the worst.
This goes for Keith brown. Worst sales men I have ever met in my life. I work at another dealership down the road and deal with sales men every single day. And even the worst salesmen we have are still better than Keith. He walked up to me and my girlfriend in the parking lot acting like he didn't wanna do his job at all. Didn't even introduce himself. Didn't wanna talk about the car we were looking at. And also didn't know a single thing about the car. We take the car for a test drive and anytime I gave it a little gas to see how it felt he would look at me and act like we were gonna crash. Then when we get back we go inside and talk about financing the car. Everything me and my fiance said he just looked at us like we were talking a different language. The guy barely said anything to us. It ended up I needed a co signer. So I said I would go and get my grandfather and we would be back. So I got my grandfather and gave Keith a call to let him know we were coming back. Didn't answer either of my calls and I left a voicemail so we didn't go back. He calls back the next day and tells me the car was already sold.. worst service I've ever had at a dealership. Complete waste of time.
